So date night-
Zak and I love date night and for our one year anniversary Zak took me out to his new work the Brasserie Montmatre. The night was amazing. We had fun rating the food and server and taking notes we ultimately decided that if we told people about our experience on our blog they might think it was funny or enjoy the info, I hope you enjoy.

Blog Update!
So our original plan was to update the blog at least once a month but that didn't work so well. Good news we are trying again and we have a better setup and a better plan.
So an update since you last heard from us.
Zac-
Really enjoy my job at the Brasserie, trying to keep my head down and milling my way through the core classes... thats it. And playing with the weiner dogs.
Tiffy-
So awhile back I found a temp agency and they offered me a volunteer position to work as a receptionist with in the Portland branch and I could possibly get hired on after a month or so and I would have a chance to see all incoming job offers first. I took them up on after quitting my canvassing gig with working america. Well it turned out well for us because as of today I have completed my work as a temp and have been officially hired by Oregon's Department of Justice. Woohooo the rest of my life here I come! So that's my big news as far as work.
Also this last holiday Zak got me a present... her name is Portland and she is my new cuddle buddy. She is huge now but when she was little she was sooo tiny and just a little fluff ball and she truly is my little cuddle monster. She is my new little love and the perfect addition to our cute little family.

Welcome to Portland
Hello All-
Ok so here we are in Portland! So far its been great, our apartment is small but cute and already feels like home. We are still unpacking boxes and trying to get settled. The goal for this week is to send out new address cards so you all can know where to find us.
